Opportunities for cooperation between UNEC and DAAD are expanding
Rector of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) Professor Adalat Muradov met with Gebhard Reul, head of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Regional Office Tbilisi and Sevar Garayeva, coordinator of educational programs in Azerbaijan.
The current state of relations between UNEC and DAAD and opportunities for future cooperation have been discussed at the meeting. It was noted that a winter school was organized at UNEC for students of the University of Siegen in Germany with the support of DAAD, and a teacher-student exchange was carried out.
Then the views were exchanged on the implementation of dual and joint diploma programs between UNEC and leading universities of Germany, accreditation of curricula, involvement of the academic staff of prestigious German universities in teaching at UNEC, organization of joint summer and winter schools, projects, holding of pieces of training, seminars and competitions.
