The business visit of UNEC staff to the University of Miskolc in Hungary within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program has ended.

Within the framework of the exchange program, the UNEC delegation at Miskolc University met with the vice-rector of the university, Prof. Peter Szucs. At the meeting, Peter Szucs was given detailed information about UNEC’s achievements, international cooperation relations, and its position in the rankings. Also, the possibilities of expanding relations between UNEC and the University of Miskolc and organizing dual degree programs were discussed. Prof. P. Szucs appreciated the educational opportunities of UNEC and expressed his interest in the development of cooperation between both universities. At the end of the meeting, Prof. P. Szucs presented books about the history and culture of Hungary to the representatives of UNEC.

During the business trip, associate professor Sabuhi Tanriverdiyev, director of the Center for Correspondence and Additional Education, head of the Center for Lifelong Education Kalandar Mammadli, head of the Department of International Economy and Business, associate professor Khatai Aliyev, head of the Procurement and Supply Department Agil Ahmadov, the lecturer  of the department Ahliman Abbasov joined the discussions in the workshops organized within the Erasmus+ exchange program, discussed the directions of inter-university cooperation expansion with the representatives of foreign universities on exchange at Miskolc University.

The UNEC delegation visiting Miskolc University also met with Azerbaijani students studying there. They got interested in the educational process and student life.

It should be noted that Sinan Misirzadeh, a student of the Correspondence Department of UNEC, and Sevinj Najafova, a student of the International School of Economics (ISE), are currently continuing their studies at Miskolc University within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program.
