UNEC’s Rector listened to the appeals by the students
The next “Open Door” day was held on January 23 at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
Rector of the University, Professor Adalat Muradov has met with the students and parents. The appeals to the rector were in general related with the winter exam session. The concessions of the exam results were the most asked issue during the meeting. Most of the graduate students were satisfied by their results; they asked Rector to re-test their exam results. Some students in violation of the rules of discipline who removed from the exam hall asked the Rector to give them an extra chance.
Appeals related with the postponement of the tuition fees were also addressed during the “Open Door”.
Rector who listened to the students and parents promised to make objective decision on the related issues. He gave instructions to the people in charge.
In general, about 50 claims have been heard on the “Open Door”.
The meeting was held under the motto “Knowledge should be assessed transparently and objective”.
The last meeting related with the winter exam session of UNEC is to be held on January 30.
