UNEC participates in the competition “Fight against Extremism” of the Project Peer to Peer (P2P) organized by Adventure Partners and the US Department of State.
The team “CH4NGE”consisting of the students of the International School of Economics represents UNEC in the rivalry.
The team CH4NGE met with the schoolchildren of the education complex 132-134 within the project. During the meeting, pupils were demonstrated a presentation about the fight against terrorism and extremism. The meeting held in English was remembered with the active participation of the pupils. UNEC students organized a quiz among the schoolchildren. The activists of the meeting were awarded T- shirts of the rivalry “Fight against Extremism” of the Project Peer to Peer (P2P) and training facilities.
The team “CH4NGE”, which represents UNEC in the competition “Fight against Extremism” joined by more than 75 universities of the globe, had won a grant from the US Department of State before. The program will be in progress until June 7. First 3 universities’ teams will get a chance to present their campaign in Washington D.C.
