UNEC’s Volleyball Players are presented diplomas
A volleyball competition dedicated to the 94th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s birthday has been held among the students (men) of higher and secondary specialized education institutions situated in Narimanov district.
Teams of 6 higher and secondary specialized education institutions (UNEC, Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Training and Sports, Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), Baku Eurasia University, Baku College of Business and Cooperation and Baku Humanitarian College) of Narimanov district participated in the rivalry.
UNEC team won the Eurasian University in 2:0 and Baku Humanitarian College and reached the semi-final. UNEC volleyball players who competed in the semi-final with the team of the AUL defeated them in 2:0 and achieved the final.
UNEC team met with the volleyball players of Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Training and Sports in the final. UNEC’s team got II place in 2:1 in the end of the tense struggle.
Awarding ceremony took place in the end of the rivalry. Members of the winning teams were introduced medals and diplomas.
Note that, the team was led by the senior trainer of UNEC’s “Sports club” Vahid Yolchuyev.
