Khosrovlu Fikret Israil
He was born on December 10, 1992, in the city of Baku.
In 2014, he graduated with honours from the faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev.
After graduating in 2016, he received a master’s degree in Law.

Since September 2020, he has been a lecturer at the department of Economics of the Russian school of Economics of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles in local and foreign publications.
