The event dedicated to the 25-th anniversary of the establishment of New Azerbaijan Party was held at UNEC.

The chairman of the UNEC first territorial organization of NAP for the Sabail district, the pro-rector for economic issues, associated professor Mikayıl Zeynalov meeting with the professor-teaching staff and the students of the Russain Economic School, Faculty of Economics, Technology and Design faculties reviewed the history of establishment of the NAP and he gave the detailed information on the history of establishement of the NAP and its development  stages and its exceptional role in socio-political life of the country.

M.Zeynalov also pointed out that with the establishment of the NAP the people consolidated closely around the Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev, and the party passing through the difficult and honourable path within 25 years had become the strongest party of Azerbaijan today. He stated that the hundred thousands  people consolidated in the ranks of NAP were the followers of  the enduring ideas of the Nationwide Leader Heydar Aliyev and he added that the UNEC staff members were also represented in the ruling party, and the number of members has been rising year by year.

M.Zeynalov said that today the Nationwide Leader’s political line was succesfully continued by the chairman of the party, the President  Ilham  Aliyev and he drew to the attention of participants of the meeting to the fact that today Azerbaijan had become the leader state in the South Caucasus for its economic development.

At the end of the event the memebership cards were presented to the UNEC students who are the members of the New Azerbaijan Party.
