Trainings on “Social Work” are conducted by foreign scientists at UNEC

At UNEC, scientists from leading universities in Turkey, Germany and Switzerland conduct trainings on newly taught specialties on the basis of syllabi, textbooks and presentations used in the teaching of these subjects, which meet modern requirements.

The trainings are conducted on a specially developed program in the disciplines of “Social Work”, “Introduction to Social Work”, “Theory and Practice of Social Work”, “Ethical Principles in Social Work Practice”, and “Social Work Management” by Dr. Ilhan Tomanbay, Assist.Prof.Dr,Emel Yurtsever, Assist.,Prof, Dr.Gulan Urhan from Turkey Istinye University, by Assist. Prof, Dr, Taner Artan from Istanbul University.

Professor from  Fachhochschule Des Mittelstandes University of Germany, Dr. Feyzullah Gokdemir,  who was invited as a guest to the trainings to be held on January 14-15 along with other trainers, will share international experience on the specifics of the major of “Social Work”  and career opportunities. Along with Turkey, they will share important points in the teaching of these subjects in Germany and hold discussions with the academic staff of UNEC.

It should be noted that the admission to UNEC for a bachelor’s degree in “Social Work” has been carried out since the 2020/2021 academic year.
