UNEC student will sing the anthem of Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games volunteers’ anthem. The first-year undergraduate of the Faculty of Turkish World of Business Administration of UNEC Surayya Ibayeva is one of 5 people who won the competition held among the students to sing the anthem. According to the contest, students sang the refrain part of the song “Baku smiles” and send their videos to the organizational committee.
The best performances have been selected from more than 100 applicants and got a chance of singing the Islamic Solidarity Games volunteers’ anthem together with the Honored Artists of the Republic Tunzale Aghayeva.
UNEC student Surayya Ibayeva said she is very happy to be one of the 5 young people: “I felt very happy when I saw my name in the list. It is a wonderful feeling to become of the 5 youth in the kind of significant event. I really feel happy when I imagine that thousands of volunteers will rejoice with the anthem we sing”.
