Cand. of Phil. Scien., Assis. Prof., Hummatova Latafat Alasgar
She was born on February 20, 1965 in the city of Sheki.
After leaving secondary school in 1983, she was admitted to the faculty of Philosophy of Leningrad State University.
After graduating from the same university in 1988, she was assigned to the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N.A. Voznesensky, where she was sent to the post-graduate course in the same year.
In 1991 she defended her dissertation at the Dissertation Council on Philosophy of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N.A. Voznesensky. She is a candidate of philosophical sciences.
Since 1992 she has been working at the “Philosophy” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is currently an associate professor of the department of “Philosophy”.
She is the author of about 30 scientific and educational-methodical works.

She is married and has a son.
