Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, Associate Professor, Almammedov Musa Samad oglu
He was born on December 20, 1935 in Soyudlu village of Gadabay region in a peasant family.
In 1945-1955 he studied at the secondary school of Soyudlu village.
In 1955 he entered the faculty of Mathematics of Azerbaijan State University, and graduated in 1960.
In 1960-1963 he worked as an instructor at the “Higher Mathematics” department of Azerbaijan Petrochemical Institute.
In 1963-1966 he was a full-time postgraduate student in Moscow under the guidance of the famous professor M.A. Naymark. In 1967 he received a PhD in physical and mathematical sciences.
From 1967 he has worked as a senior lecturer, associate professor at the “Higher Mathematics” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2020, he has been an associate professor of the department “Mathematics and Statistics”.
He is an Honorary Professor of UNEC.
About 55 scientific works have been published. 15 of these scientific works have been published in large volumes in world famous mathematical journals abroad and translated into different languages. He is the author of a monograph (220 pages), “Problems and examples related to the course of higher mathematics” (part I 317 pages), (part II 489 pages), “Lectures from the course of higher mathematics” (472 pages), “Mathematical analysis , Lectures on Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics ”(656 pages),“ Problems and Examples of the Higher Mathematics Course for Economists ”.
