Constituent Assembly of a Student Club “600+”
Constituent assembly of the student club “600+” has been held at Azerbaijan State University of Economics on December 22. Director of the International School of Economics Anar Rzayev noted the club is targeted in bringing together students enrolled to UNEC with 600 points and further and assessing their potential. The club members will take active part in scientific, public and social life of UNEC and develop students’ life oriented projects and programs. At the same time, they will organize intellectual and entertaining events. The “600+” Student Club will represent UNEC in the conferences, competitions and Olympiads of domestic and international level. In addition, the club members will exchange views with student mentors and implement events aimed at increasing educational cult and successful student image among the students.
The charter of the “600+” Student Club was adopted within the session. Then the Executive Board members were elected by voting. According to the charter of the “600+” Student Club, the number of the Board members have to be equal to the number of the schools. In case when there will be no up scored students, these places will be introduced to another schools. Therefore 1 member of the Executive Board is from the School of Economics and one from Turkic World of Business Administration. 10 students study at the International School of Economics.
It was noted that the firs assembly meeting of the Board members will be held recently. The Chairman of the “600+” Student Club will be elected during the meeting. The Chairman will be elected by a secret ballot and for two years, in accordance with the statue.
