Director of the Social-Economic College under UNEC: Shakhriyar Lachinov
Shakhriyar Lachinov holds a bachelor’s degree from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and a master’s degree in “Educational Management/Education and Human Development” from a joint program conducted by the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and George Washington University, USA.
A finalist of the 3rd “Yuksalish” Competition, Mr. Lachinov previously served as the Head of the Professional Development Sector at the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On June 3, 2024, he was appointed Director of the Social-Economic College under UNEC.
