A series of events dedicated to Remembrance Day were held at UNEC
A series of events dedicated to September 27 – Memorial Day were held in all faculties of UNEC, as well as in the Zagatala branch.
Finance and accounting, Turkish World Economy, Economy and management, Engineering, Digital economy, Business and management faculty, UNEC School of Design, Department of Organization and Management of General Subjects, Student Scientific Societies and Student Trade Union Committees organized the commemoration of the dear martyrs. His memory was commemorated with a minute of silence. Graduates and students of UNEC who fought in the Patriotic War, veterans participated in the commemorative events.
The speakers spoke about the importance of the Victory won by our glorious army in the 44-day Patriotic War under the leadership of Commander-in-Chief, President Ilham Aliyev. They wished mercy to our martyrs who showed bravery and bravery in the righteous war for the liberation of our historical lands from occupation and ensuring the territorial integrity of our country, and healing to our veterans. They said that 23 students and graduates of UNEC rose to the height of martyrdom.
The staff of UNEC’s Zagatala branch visited the grave of martyr Ahmed Lachynov from Yukhari Chardakhlar village of Zagatala district and Sarkhan Omarov, martyr of Yukhari Tala village.
