Alkhan Humbat oglu Aliyev
Aliyev was born in 1949 in the Republic of Georgia. In 1966 he entered Baku State University and in 1971 graduated from the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics with a degree in “Mathematics teacher, the application of mathematics in economics.”
In 1972-1975 he studied at the graduate school of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy and in 1976 received the degree of “Candidate of Economic Sciences”.

A.Aliyev participated in the internship program at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands in 1997 within the framework of the TACIS program of the European Union. He received Certificates in Business English and Quantitative Analysis in connection with the Master Programme Teaching of Business Administration (MBA) .
At present, he is an associate professor of “Economics” department of RSE of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is the author of more than 50 research, teaching and methodological manuals and textbooks. He made scientific reports at scientific and practical conferences in the country and abroad.
