The State Flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan was raised together with the Flag of the Republic of Turkey at the Avjilar academic building of Istanbul University with the initiative of the student of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) Tabriz Guliyev on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis’ Solidarity Day- December 31.
Tabriz Guliyev is studying in Istanbul University within the Mevlana Exchange Program.
