She was born on February 15, 1975 in the city of Baku.
In 1992 she was admitted to the Baku branch of Azerbaijan Institute of Technology, in 1997 she graduated with honors from the Baku Commercial Institute of Commodity Studies.
Since 1997, she has worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of Non-Food Commodities, in 1998 as a part-time teacher, in 1999 as an assistant, in 2003 as a senior teacher.
In 1998, her dissertation was approved by the decision of the Scientific Council of the Institute. Since that year she has worked on a dissertation on “Expert assessment of some consumer properties of soaps based on new compositions.”
In 2016, she defended her dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Technology.

She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of “Expertise of Consumer Goods”.
She is the author of 1 Eurasian patent, 12 articles, 16 theses, 3 textbooks, 6 typical programs and 1 methodical instruction.
She is married and has a child.
