She was born in 1969 in Barda region.
In 1995, she graduated with honors from Baku Commodity Commercial Institute.
Since 1996, she has worked as a senior laboratory assistant, part-time teacher and assistant at the “Commodity studies of non-food products” department of the same institute.
In connection with the merger of the institute with Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2000, she was re-elected as an assistant to the same department of the university, and in 2004 as a senior lecturer.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of “Expertise of Consumer Goods”.
She is the author of 35 scientific works – 8 of them are programs and methodical instructions, and 5 are textbooks.
She is married and has two children.
