Senior Lecturer, Amiraslanova Lala Tapdig
She was born in 1949 in Zod village of Basarkechar region of the former Armenian SSR.
In 1972 she graduated from Ganja State Pedagogical Institute.
In 1986-1987 she worked as a laboratory assistant at Kirovabad Agricultural College, in 1987-1991 as a part-time teacher, in 1991-1996 as a laboratory assistant and a lecturer at Azerbaijan Institute of Technology.

In 1997-1999 she worked as a lecturer at the “Food Technology” department of Baku State Commodity-Commercial Institute, and since 1998 she has worked as a senior lecturer.
Since 2000, she has been a senior lecturer at the department of “Food Technology” at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2010, by the order of the rector of the University of Economics, she was awarded the title of “honorary associate professor”.
Since 2020, she has been a senior lecturer at the department of “Engineering and Applied Sciences” of UNEC.
She is the author of dozens of articles, many subject programs and methodical instructions.
