Senior / lecturer, Rustamova Malahat Aliaga
She was born in 1957 in Baku.
After graduating from secondary school No. 31 in Baku in 1975, she entered the faculty of Automatic Electrical Communication of the Communication College (now Baku College of Communications and Transport).
After graduating from the faculty of Automation of Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute (now Azerbaijan Technical University) in 1985, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Baku College of Communications and Transport.

Since 1993, she has worked as a teacher at the Baku College of Communications and Transport.
Since 2001, she has been a senior lecturer at the department of “Digital Economy and ICT” at Azerbaijan State University of Economics. She is the author of 6 textbooks, 4 methodical aids and more than 10 scientific articles.
She is married, has two children and grandchildren.
