Senior Lecturer Khalilova Jeyran Musa
She was born on August 16, 1973 in the city of Salyan.
She studied at the secondary school No. 132 in Baku (1980-1990), studied applied mathematics at the faculty of automation of production processes of Azerbaijan Institute of Petroleum and Chemistry named after M. Azizbayov (now the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy) (1990-1995).
In 1995-1997 she worked as an engineer in the State Grain Products Company, in 1997-1998 as a leading specialist in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since August 1998, in addition to working as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Technical Sciences” at Baku State Institute of Commodity and Commerce, she gave part-time lessons at the department. In 2000,she was appointed 0.5 full-time assistant to the department.
Since September, 2000 she has worked as a part-time assistant and a part-time senior lecturer at the department of “Informatics” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since March, 2006 she has worked as a part-time senior lecturer at the department of “Economic information systems and technologies”, since 2009 as a part-time senior lecturer at the department of “Information Economics and Technology”, since 2016, she has been worked as a full-time lecturer. Since 2018 she has worked as a senior lecturer at the department of “Digital Economics”.

Since 2002 she has been engaged in research in the field of “Image Recognition”. Several scientific works in this direction have been presented and published at local and international conferences.
She is the author of 3 scientific articles, 3 theses, 1 textbook and 1 curriculum.
She is married and has two children.
