Khalilova Sevil Abdul kizi was born in Baku in 1953.

Within 1969-1977 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the Economic Institute of the National Academy, in 1977 as a senior laboratory assistant in Azerbaijan Institute of the National Economy.

At present she is a senior teacher of the Chair “Marketing” S.Khalilova is married, has 3 children.
