He was born on July 2, 1991, in Kakalos village of Astara region.
In 1997-2008, he received his education at secondary school N1 named after J. Jabbarli in the village of Kakalos, Astara region.
In 2008-2012 he received a bachelor’s degree in “Computer Science” from the faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
He served in the military in 2012-2013.
In 2013-2015 he completed a master’s degree in “Computer Engineering” from the “Administrative Management” faculty of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2015-2017, he worked as a computer science teacher at secondary school No. 4 in Zangilan district.

From 2015 to 2021, he has been a part-time teacher at the department of “Information Technology in Public Administration” of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and since 2021 at the department of “Management of Intelligent Systems”.
Since 2018, he has been a lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2021, he has been the Deputy Dean of the faculty of Digital Economics at UNEC. He is a teacher at the Department of Digital Technologies and Applied Informatics.
Married and has one child.
