Launched in 2010, the program aims to increase knowledge and skills based on knowledge and trade relations between the academic environment and decision-makers of the beneficiary countries. The program supports trade-oriented academic activities between universities and research institutes. Teachers must complete the application in three areas in the announced tender: research, curriculum development and advocacy activities.
In 2021, 21 new universities will be admitted to WTO Chairs Program over the next four years. Only associate professors and professors of the university can apply for the program online in the fields of international economics, international law, political science and international relations.
