UNEC and the University of Western Macedonia announce admission to the ERASMUS + exchange program

The Erasmus + exchange program for academic/administrative staff between the University of Western Macedonia in Greece (UOWM) and the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) is now open. Detailed information about the program is as follows:

The main terms of the Erasmus + program for academic/administrative staff:

  • Must be a full-time UNEC academic/administrative staff member;
  • Fluency in English and ability to practically apply training materials (for administrative staff members only – candidates with an international language certificate will have the preference);
  • Fluency and ability to teach in English (for academic staff only – candidates with an international language certificate will have the preference);
  • Practical knowledge of the subject matter (for academic staff only);
  • Duration of practice/teaching – 5 days (for travel 2 days, total 7 day)

Travel and daily expenses of UNEC academic/administrative staff members are covered by the Erasmus + program. Academic staff members wishing to apply to the program can submit the syllabus of the respective course, letters of intent and their CVs; as well as administrative staff members can submit their CVs and letters of intent to the e-mail address mentioned below. All documents must be submitted in English. It should be noted that academic staff members will be involved in teaching activities and administrative staff members will take part in training activities within the program framework.

  1. Course syllabus (for academic staff members only (in English));
  2. Letter of intent (only in English);
  3. CV (in English);
  4. Foreign passport.

NOTE:

  • Only selected academic/administrative staff members will be invited to the interview;
  • The exchange program may be postponed or canceled depending on the restrictions tied to COVID-19 pandemic.
