She was born on February 3, 1972 in Baku.
In 1989 she entered the faculty of applied mathematics and cybernetics of Baku State University, in 1994 she graduated from that faculty with honors.
In 1999-2010 she worked as a senior methodologist at the faculty of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics of Baku State University.
In 2004-2010 she worked at the departments of “Economic Informatics” and “Information Technology and Programming” of the same university.

In 2006 she defended his dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the department of “Digital Economy and ICT” at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is the author of 38 scientific articles.
She is married and has two children.
