She was born on June 1, 1964 in Baku.
In 1986 she graduated from the faculty of Applied Mathematics of Azerbaijan State University (now Baku State University).
From 1986 to 1989 she worked as an engineer in the Special Design Bureau of the Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences.
In 1992-1996 she worked as a software engineer at the Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences.
In 1996-2001 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Higher Mathematics” department, an assistant at the “Technical Sciences” department and a senior lecturer at the “Informatics” department at the Baku State Commodity-Commercial Institute.
In 2001-2006 she worked as a senior lecturer at the “Informatics” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2004 she defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
In 2006-2009 she worked as an associate professor at the “Information Systems and Technologies” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is currently an associate professor at the department of Digital Economy and ICT at UNEC.
She is the author of 26 scientific articles and theses, 2 textbooks, 3 curricula and 2 methodical aids.

Since 2006, she has been an expert on computer science and MBA program at the State Student Admission Commission (now State Examination Center).

She was awarded the Honorary Decree of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the university for his fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities in the field of training highly qualified personnel, and “Honorary Decree” of UNEC on October 6, 2017 for long-term effective scientific and pedagogical activities.
She is married and has two children.
