She was born March 3, 1971 in Baku.
In 1988 she finished secondary school № 9 in Baku with a gold medal.
In 1993 she graduated from the History faculty of Baku State University with honors.
In 2012, she graduated from the Finance and Credit specialty of the Center for Distant and Additional Education of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She was a student for a degree of the department of “Globalization and environmental problems of social ecology” of the Institute of Philosophy, Sociology and Law of ANAS.
In 2010 she defended her candidate thesis.
Since 2011, she has been PhD in Philosophy and has received the academic title of Associate professor.
In 1994 she was appointed as a laboratory assistant and in 1995 as a senior laboratory assistant in the department of “Political Science and Law” of university of Economics.

Since 1996 she has been worked as a lecturer in the department of “Political science”.
Since 2007 she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department of “Political science” and since 2011 as an Associate Professor.
She is currently the Associate Professor of the department of Humanities at UNEC.
She is the author of more than 40 scientific and methodical works.
She is married and has two children.
