She was born in 1963 in Barda region.
She entered Azerbaijan State University of Foreign Languages in 1982 and graduated in 1987.
In 1988, she worked as a club leader at Vocational School No. 8. In 1996-2000 she worked as an English lecturer at Azerbaijan State University of Architecture and Construction.
She has been working as an English teacher at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2000.

In 2000 she entered the postgraduate course at the Institute of Linguistics named after i. Nasimi of ANAS.
In 2007 she successfully defended her dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences.
In 2000, she compiled a textbook called “Practicum in English”.
She is the translator of the second part of the textbook “English for Businessmen” for students of the Azerbaijani branch of the University of Economics, published in 2005.
She is the author of 14 scientific articles.
Married and has two children.
