She was born on March 8, 1952 in Aghdash region.
She studied at the secondary school in 1960-1969.
In 1970-1974 she studied at the faculty of the French language of Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages (now Azerbaijan University of Languages).
Since 1978, she has been working as a head teacher at the “Foreign Languages-1” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2007, she completed a full course of retraining at the University of Economics, majoring in International Economic Relations.
In 2014, she received a PhD in philology.

She has done several internships at the University of Languages in Beraxon, France, at the Standal University in Grenoble, at the Antipdis University in Nice, and at the University of Sarbon in Paris.
She is currently an assistant professor of the department of Foreign Languages of UNEC.
She is the author of 10 books, 15 articles, 3 theses, 1 monograph, 1 report, 1 textbook.
