She was born in Tovuz region.
After leaving secondary school in 1996, she entered the faculty of Commodity Studies of the Baku Commodity-Commercial Institute in the same year.
In 2000, she graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Commodity Studies.
In 2001, she started working as a senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Commodity Science of Non-Food Products”.

In 2004 she graduated with a master’s degree from the same faculty.
In 2009 she was appointed a lecturer at the department of “Commodity and examination of non-food products.”
She is the author of 1 typical program, 2 methodical instructions, 14 theses and 1 article.
She is a candidate for a degree of the National Academy of Sciences on “Improving the organization of garment production using manual labor-saving technology.”
She is married and has one child.
