In 1981-1985 she studied at Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1985, she worked as an economist at the Research Institute of Economics under the State Planning Committee.
In 1985-1988 she was a graduate student at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D.Bunyadzadeh.
In 1989 she defended her thesis.
1989-1995 – she worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of Industrial Economics; in 1992-1993 as a senior laboratory assistant.
In 1993-1995 she worked as a lecturer at the department of Industrial Economics.
From 1995 to 2002 she worked as a senior lecturer at the department of Management.
Since 2002, she has been an associate professor of “Management”.
She is the author of up to 30 scientific works, as well as a number of programs and textbooks.
