Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Ibishov Elman Ibish
He was born on November 7, 1963.
In 1988, he finished Moscow Institute of National Economy named after Q. Plekhanov.
In 1988-1989 he worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of “Economics and Organization of Trade” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 1992 he defended his thesis in economic sciences.
He was a lecturer and senior lecturer at the department of Commerce in 1993;
Since 2011 he has been working as an assistant professor.

In 2004-2006 he worked as a deputy dean of the faculty of Commerce.
Until 2017 he was Associate Professor of the department of “Trade and Customs Organization” of UNEC.
He is a Senior Research Fellow at the department of World Economy and Geo-Economic Relations at the UNEC Economic Research Institute.
He is the author of 3 subject programs, one textbook, about 25 articles.
