Cand. of Econ. Scien. Assoc. Prof., Mammadov Mammad Humbat
He was born on February 4, 1953, in Poylu village of Agstafa region.
In 1973, he graduated from Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics).
In 1974-1989 he was a graduate student of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade.
From 1979-to 1982 he worked as a senior laboratory assistant.
In 1982, he defended his thesis at the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy, was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Since 1994, he has been working as an associate professor at the “Management” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

He is the author of 2 textbooks, 6 teaching aids, 2 methodical instructions, 20 curricula.
His 50 articles, 25 theses were published in the country and abroad.
According to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 24, 2020, he was awarded the honorary title of “Honored Teacher” on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and for his services to the development of education in Azerbaijan.
Married, has three children.
