He was born on May 2, 1978 in Baku.
In 1994-1998 he studied for his Bachelor at Azerbaijan State University of Economics;
In 1998-2000 he studied for a Master’s degree at the same university.
He has been a PhD student from 2001-to 2005.
At present, he worked as a senior lecturer at the “Management” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2000-2003 he worked as an assistant at the “Commerce” department of the University of Economics;
2003-2005 – Senior Lecturer of the “Commerce” Department;
In 2005-2012 he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Management.

In 2008 he defended his thesis at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Since 2012, he has been an associate professor of the department of Management.
He is the author of 26 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 2 textbooks (with co-authors), 1 teaching aid.
Married and has two sons.
