Candidate in Economics, Associate Professor, Salayev Rauf Arif
He was born on April 20, 1970 in Baku, in the family of intellectual.
In 1987 he finished the secondary school № 178 of Narimanov district of Baku.
In 1993 he graduated from the faculty of Commodity Research of Non-Food Products of the Russian Academy of Economics named after G.V Plekhanov.
In 1996, he graduated from Institute of National Economy Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a specialty of Management of (Nottingham-Trent University, UK) on TASIS program.
In 1998, he graduated from the European Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Academy in Financial Management and got an international certificate of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
In 2003 he graduated from “Finance and Credit “ faculty of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In September 2007, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Innovative management of the communication service infrastructure in the Republic of Azerbaijan” on the specialty 08.00.05 – “Economy and management of the national economy (macroeconomics)” at Azerbaijan State University of Economics.

In 2008, he graduated from Azerbaijan Institute of Teachers, majoring in finance.
1993-1994 – economist at the “Baku Slate and Ceramic Products” Combine;
1994-1996 Chief economist and chief of department at construction trust “Azeryineintisanaye”;
1996-2001 – Senior Specialist of the Audit Service Department and Supervision Department at the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Since 2001 she has worked as a lecturer of “Consumer Goods Expertise” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2002 he has been working at Azerbaijan State University of Economics as a senior lecturer at the department of “Taxation and Taxation”.
By 2017 he was the assistant professor of “Finance and Financial Institutions” department.
At present he is the assistant professor of the chair “Economy” (Russian) of UNEC.
He is the author of 3 teaching aids, 2 curricula and about 50 articles related to actual problems of finance, taxation and other fields of economics.
He has two children.
