She was born on May 1, 1965 in the city of Khachmaz.
In 1982, she left secondary school No. 240 in the Nasimi district of Baku. In 1983, she entered the faculty of Biology of Azerbaijan State University named after S.M. Kirov (now Baku State University), graduated from the Institute of Biology, majoring in the teacher of Biology and Chemistry.
She started her career as a senior laboratory assistant in the department of “Production of Agricultural Goods” of the Azerbaijan branch of the All-Union Scientific Research Institute “Economics of Cooperative Trade”. She continued her work in various higher education institutions (Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy – 1985, Az. State Medical University 1985-2001).

She has worked as an assistant at Azerbaijan State University of Economics since 2001, and as a senior lecturer since 2002. Since that year she has been a candidate for a degree of the department of “Quality examination of consumer goods”, and she defended her dissertation on “Problems of regulation of the detergent market in the Republic of Azerbaijan” for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
Since 2010 she has been a senior lecturer at the department of “Expertise of Consumer Goods” of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
She is the author of more than 45 scientific works.
She is married and has two children.
