PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Safarov Rashad Akif
He was born on August 29, 1978 in Tumasli village of Sharur region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
In 1985-1995 he studied at the Tumasli village secondary school of Sharur district.
In 1995 he entered the Azerbaijan State Economic Institute.
In 1999 he graduated from the University of Economics with a bachelor’s degree in “Business Management”, and in 2001 with a master’s degree in “Management of Production Systems” with honours.
In the same year, he entered the graduate school of Azerbaijan State University of Economics on the speciality 08.00.05 – “Economics and management of the national economy” (macroeconomic level).
In December 2007, he defended his thesis at the meeting of the Dissertation Council B / N 01.211 established under the Nakhchivan branch of ANAS. He received the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (Diploma of Candidate of Sciences EN N 05759) by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission dated May 19, 2009 N 19-k.
By the decision of the protocol N 11-k dated April 16, 2014, he received the title of associate professor at the Department of “Management, State and Municipal Administration” (associate professor diploma DS 04594).
Since 2011 he is a doctoral student of the Doctor of Sciences program of the “Management” department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
Since 2002, he has been a contract teacher at the Department of Management of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and since 2014, he has been a full-time associate professor.
Since 2010, he has been working as a full-time senior lecturer at the Department of Management, State and Municipal Administration of the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations, and since 2014 he has been working as an associate professor.
He is currently the Deputy Chairman of the NAP of Sabail District Youth Organization.
On February 4, 2013, by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, he was awarded the “Taraqqi” medal.
