Ph.D. in Economical Sciences, Babayev Mehman Telman
He was born in Baku in 1976. In 1993, he finished secondary school number 45 of Narimanov district.
In 1994-1998, he graduated from the “Finance-credit” faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics, and in 1998-2000, he graduated with a master’s of the same university.
In 2001-2004, he studied at the graduate school of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, majoring in “Finance”.
In 2009, he defended his candidate’s thesis on “Social Protection of the Population in the Republic of Azerbaijan and directions for improving its financial provision”, and in 2011, according to the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission he was awarded the scientific degree of doctor of philosophy in economics.
From 2005 to 2022, he worked as a teacher and head teacher at the current “Finance and Audit” department of ASEU.
Currently, he continues to work as a senior specialist in the “Organization of Internship ” department of ASEU.
