Meeting with the Students of the School of Finance and Accounting
A meeting with the first- year undergraduate students of the School of Finance and Accounting of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) was held on September 23.
Congratulating the freshmen with the occasion the Faculty Dean Geray Musayev informed them about the innovations implemented at UNEC. He stressed as a result of this 85 of the enrolled 503 students to our faculty this year are those who got more than 600 points. The admission score of the faculty grew 50 points in compare with the last year. Speaking about the Electronic University Model G.Musayev noted that the teaching has absolutely been digitalized. Students’ attendance, seminar scores and other notes are made in an electronic way.
Emphasizing the updating of curricula and involvement of young teachers to university the Dean drew to attention the matter concerning the choice of foreign language; it depends on the student. G.Musayev made the students familiar with the student organizations for their active performance in the university’s social life.
