She was born on July 20, 1978, in Khirdalan city, Absheron region.
In 1999, she graduated from Nakhchivan University, faculty of Legal Regulation of the Economy. In 2000, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Humanities” department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2005 she graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a master’s degree in “Economics and Management of Production and Services”. In 2004 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the “Organization and Management of Stock Exchange Business” department, and in 2005 at the “Marketing” department. She is a student for a degree.

Since 2015, she has been working as a lecturer at the Department of “Organization of Trade and Customs”.
Married. She has three children.
She is the author of more than 15 articles and theses.
