He was born in 1952 in Baku city.
Education:
Baku State University, the faculty of mechanics and mathematics, 1969-1974, diploma on higher education.
Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the USSR, Academy of Sciences, Russia, Moscow city, 1984, Diploma in Economic Sciences. Specialty: 08.00.05 – Economics and management of national economy (macroeconomics). The subject of dissertation work: «Prediction of the integral characteristics of the quality of life of the republic population»
Azerbaijan State Economic University, Baku city, 2007, Diploma in Doctor of Economics. Specialty: 08.00.05 – Economics and management of national economy (macroeconomics). The subject of dissertation work: “Problems of regulation of social infrastructure in modern condition in Azerbaijan”
Directions of scientific activity:
– 35 years of experience in learning, research, management and expertise of different social and economic problems in Azerbaijan and other regions of the former USSR;
– The member of Expert Commission, Ministry of Education in 1993-1994.
– Economist-expert in the «State Program in the field of decrease of poverty in Azerbaijan», 2001.
– The author of publications on some social and economic problems, also, four reports on the problems of quality of life of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the USSR, Academy of Sciences.
According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan signed on September 26 2011, he was awarded the title of “Honored Teacher” for his contributions made in the development of Azerbaijan education.
