prof. Samadov Aydin Hidayat
He was born on July 20, 1951 in Baku.
From 1968 to 1972 he studied at the Commodity Research faculty of Azerbaijan National Economy Institute named after D.Bunyadzade.
In 1979, he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economics in the Kiev Institute of Commerce and Economics (Subject: “Supervision of Sales Management in the Azerbaijan Republic”).
In 1972-1989, he worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor at ANEI.
In 1990, he was dean of Commercial faculty.
In 1992, he defended his doctoral dissertation at Moscow Commercial Institute (“Проблемы совершенствования организации управления торговлей в условиях рынка”).
He is a doctor of economics.
In 1986, he became the associate professor, and in 1996 he was renamed as a professor.
In 1998 – Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Commercial Sciences;
In 2007 she was elected as an active member.

From 2000 to 2017, he was a professor of “Trade” and “Organization of Trade and Customs.”
At present he is a professor of “Economy” (Russian) department.
He is the author of more than 100 textbooks, scientific articles, subject curriculums, methodological textbooks.
He died in June 2020.
