She was born on March 8, 1974 in Baku.
In 1981-1991 she studied at secondary school № 240.
In 1991-1997 she studied at Baku State University, faculty of Library Studies.
In 1993-1997 she studied at Baku Slavic University.
From 1991 to 1996 she worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of “Library Studies” of Baku State University.
Since 2001, she has been working as a laboratory assistant at the International Relations department of Azerbaijan State University of Economics and has been working as a lecturer since 2007.

In 2009 she defended her dissertation. She is PhD in history.
She was transferred to the department of “International Relations and Diplomacy” from 21.06.2019.
Married, has a child.
