Student rector Elmir Sadigov
He was born on March 6, 1999 in Baku. In 2005, he entered the first grade of secondary school № 54. After completing the primary education in 2009, he was enrolled to the Lyceum of Young Talents of Baku State University. According to the admission campaign conducted by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2016 he was included in the list of the most talented alumni of the Young Talents Lyceum. After graduating from that lyceum, based on the results of the entrance examinations in 2016, he entered the faculty of Finance of Azerbaijan State University of Economics. (UNEC). By joining SABAH groups of the Ministry of Education in 2017, he has been continuing his education at SABAH Center since the 2nd course.

Member of the Organizing Committee of many important projects, such as the 1st Leadership Academy, Summer Fest Youth Festival, Youthvision International Song Contest, Enactus Azerbaijan National Competition.
He was awarded a special badge “Young Talent” by the Ministry of Youth and Sports within the “Talent Training Laboratory”.
