He was born on March 15, 1959, in Abbajbeyli village of Gazakh region.
He left village primary school in 1970, Alpoud village 8-year school in 1974, and Gazakh city secondary school No. 1 in 1976.
In 1976 he entered the Dnepropetrovsk State University (Ukrainian SSR), Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, and in 1981 graduated.
In 1980-1981 he worked as an engineer at the Dnepropetrovsk branch of the All-Union Research Institute for the Design of Mining Machinery.
In November 1981, he was sent to the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR.
In 1985, he graduated from the Institute of Mechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR.

In October 1985, he defended his thesis on “Local stability and collapse of thin bodies with circular holes and radial cracks” under the guidance of A.N. Guz and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
He has been working in the pedagogical field since the early 90s. In 1991-1993, he worked as a laboratory manager at the Azerbaijan Institute of Technology and as an assistant at the Department of Applied Mathematics.
From 1997 to 2008, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics at Odlar Yurdu University.
Since 2005, he has been an associate professor at the Mathematics Department of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
He is the author of more than 45 scientific works, 2 scientific inventions, about 15 rationalization proposals and 1 textbook.
Since 2020, he has been an associate professor of “Mathematics and Statistics”.
Married and has three children.
