She was born on June 8, 1962 in the city of Lachin.
In 1985, she graduated from Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now Azerbaijan State University of Economics) with a degree in public catering technology.
Until 1997, she worked as an expert in the “Azerexpertiza” Association of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Since 1997, she has worked as a senior lecturer at the department of “Commodity Science and Expertise of Non-Food Products”.

In the 2009-2010 academic year, she defended her dissertation and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Technology.
She is currently an associate professor of the department of “Consumer Goods Expertise”.
She is the author of about 40 scientific works, including textbooks, manuals, methodical instructions, programs and scientific articles.
She is married and has two children.
