The International Research Center “Scientific Cooperation” of the Russian Federation held the international competition of the scientific publications on the education and science.

To the competition for the economic and educational nominations were presented the scientific articles of 130 scientists from Russian Federation, the Republics of  Azerbaijan, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The scientific article presented to the competition by Elnur Sadigov, the professor of  the “Finance and financial institutions” chair of  UNEC on the topic “The role of banks in the development of the financial market of Azerbaijan in modern era” was awarded the first place.  The UNEC scientist was awarded in the nomination of publications in the influential magazines with the impact factor, taking into consideration the Russian indices of scientific references.
