New Appointment at UNEC
The new Director has been appointed to the Scientific- Research Institute of Economic Studies of Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).
Dr of Econ., Professor Yadulla Hasanli has been appointed the Director of UNEC’s Scientific- Research Institute of Economic Studies according to the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Note: Professor Y.Hasanli has served as an engineer-programmer, junior fellow, scientist, senior scientist and the Head of laboratory at the Institute of Cybernetics; has been awarded the title of senior scientist in 2000, Associate Professor in 2005 and the Professor in 2012 by the HAC. He is the author of 147 scientific work, as well as 8 books (the 4 are monographs). One monograph has been published in Germany. Y.Hasanli has 22 years of pedagogical experience. He has conducted classes on Methods of Optimization and Economic Analysis, Economic and Mathematical Modeling, Econometrics, Statistics, Methods of Socio-economic Forecasting and Dynamics of World Economy at some universities such as BSU, UNEC and the State Academy of Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He became the supervisor of 12 PhDs.
He became the local expert of the World Bank in 2000 and the Asian Development Bank in 2001; has served as a scientific advisor of the Monetary Policy Department of the AR Central Bank within 2002- 2005.
