Rufat Suleymanli was born on November 17, 1994.
In 2001-2012 he studied at the secondary school named after S.Kerimov.
In 2012, he graduated with honors and entered the faculty of Finance-Credit of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2016-2019, he completed a master’s degree in banking at Odlar Yurdu University.
He has been a member of NAP since 2013.
In 2014, he was elected chairman of the Student Trade Union Committee of Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
In 2013 and 2015, he was awarded the Order of Honor by the Sabail district branch of the New Azerbaijan Party for outstanding public and political activity.
In 2016, he was awarded the title of “Youth of the Year” by Sabail district for outstanding social activities.
He was a semifinalist of the “Yuksalish” competition.
In 2020, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of UNEC, he was awarded by the Republican Committee of Educators for his fruitful work.
In 2021, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Republican Committee of Educators, he was awarded a badge and an honorary diploma.
On February 7, 2022, he was elected chairman of the UNEC Trade Union Committee.
